Sorry for the lack of posting recently. I'll briefly bring you up to date on my life. I got the part of George Bailey in the high school's production of Its a Wonderful Life. I'm pretty excited that I got the part, but its causing some craziness. For the last two weeks, I've been at school a whole lot more than I'd like. I fell behind in my Pre Calc class due to sickness two weeks ago and haven't been able to catch up adequately. With the lines to memorize, math homework, AP English homework, youth group, Grand Rapids Youth Symphony, violin rehearsals, my homework suffered. I also felt like I wasn't memorizing lines quickly enough. Overwhelming fatigue and a canker soar got me, as well as a round of my nervous spitting-up bouts. My hair also is curly now, but maybe that isn't stress related.
Things are a bit better now. I got through most of the first act yesterday without my script! Also, our high school orchestra had a concert last night. I had a solo on Vivaldi's Spring. It isn't a very challenging piece, but because I hadn't time to practice it, I'd been dreading it. I did a heck of a lot better than I thought I'd do on it, so I'm more relaxed now.
